IMPORTANT: The older Gen1 and Gen2 controllers are no longer supported. We do not offer any support for these devices other than the manuals and archived firmware on the Support page. Gen1 and Gen2 controllers are NOT compatible with HX Stomp or any newer MIDI devices. We recommend you upgrade to a Gen3 controller.
Please note that we do not answer support inquiries by telephone. While we love talking to our customers, many technical support situations require sending photos, videos, or firmware files.
